experience

practical support, systems thinking, and day-to-day problem solving.

The main professional reference so far is a 10-month IT internship at Bornova Municipality's IT Department. The role stayed close to real operational work: hardware repair, server upkeep, printer and scanner support, and learning how to keep office systems moving without noise.

IT internship, bornova municipality

A hands-on support role focused on keeping day-to-day systems usable for the team. I worked across hardware repair, server maintenance, printer and scanner support, and the basics of network security and access control.

Hardware repair for screens, motherboards, processors, and other workstation parts.

Server maintenance, routine checks, and helping keep shared systems stable.

Printer and scanner support, plus practical exposure to NAS, NAC, and cybersecurity fundamentals.

technical tasks

  • computer hardware repair: screens, motherboards, processors, and workstation parts
  • server maintenance and routine checks
  • printer and scanner support
  • NAS and NAC system basics
  • cybersecurity fundamentals in a real office environment

what it taught me

Support work is system work. Even simple fixes depend on careful diagnosis, documentation, and knowing when to touch the hardware and when to leave it alone.

The internship reinforced a practical habit: keep systems understandable, solve the immediate issue, and leave the environment more stable than before.
